Reisdetails van Mijn eerste reis
Omschrijving:
Ondanks dat ik hier al bijna 2 maanden zit moet ik toch wel een keer beginnen met een reisdagboek te maken. Ik moet wel echt zeggen "wat een ervaring" de werkzaamheden die ik hier uitvoer zijn de normale animatie werk alleen in mijn geval hebben ze hier een bepaalde niveau die iedereen moet behalen. In Paguera (locatie van het hotel) zitten alleen al 52 hotels en vergeleken met andere hotels is onze animatie het beste van alle anderen. Gasten komen niet bij ons voor de kamers, locatie, eten etc. maar voor de animatie. In Paguera heeft Valentinparks 3 hotels en de hotel waarin ik werk zijn voor families. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik dus met volwassenen, tieners en kinderen gewerkt. Ook doen wij shows samen met de gasten dus er was wel veel interactie met de gasten dan in andere hotels. Ik moet wel zeggen dat de eerste 2 weken de zwaarste weken zijn die ik ooit heb gehad. In Nederlands is het normaal dat iedereen word ingelicht over de werkzaamheden, regels en eisen voordat iemand begint met werk. In mijn geval was dat dus totaal niet. Al vanaf de eerste dag moest ik gewoon beginnen met de werkzaamheden. Gelukkig werkte ik wel met iemand samen die me de dingen uitlegde die ik voor die dag moest weten alleen als je nieuw bent in een groot bedrijf en de eisen heel hoog zijn terwijl je ze niet eens weet was het wel heel zwaar voor mijzelf. Maar het grootste probleem voor mij was dat 95% van de gasten Duits zijn en ook alleen Duits spreken terwijl ik dat toen niet kon en ook ben ik naar Mallorca gekomen om Spaans te leren (-_-*). In het begin had ik ook gedacht dat ik nooit mijn stage zou kunnen afmaken. Ik ben wel heel blij dat ik toch wel gebleven ben. Na de eerste 2 weken ging alles veel gemakkelijker want de activiteiten en shows worden herhaald om de 2 weken en ik toen al wist wat er van mij allemaal verwacht werd. Het gaat nu allemaal wat makkelijker want ik ken de shows, ik weet de eisen/regels en ik kan nu ook Duits. nog niet goed maar ik kan wel gesprekken voeren met de gasten. Uiteindelijk ben ik wel blij dat ik ben gebleven en nu ook gewoon mijn stage afmaak en het mooiste is dat mijn baas mij volgend jaar weer in zijn team wil hebben. Ik weet nu in ieder geval wel dat ik goed werk verricht of ik het ga doen weet ik nog niet zeker want in een jaar kan veel gebeuren. Gelukkig is mijn stage in 5/6 weken afegelopen. Kan ik lekker terug naar het koude Nederland :p.

Reisdetails van Mijn eerste reis
Omschrijving:
Ondanks dat ik hier al bijna 2 maanden zit moet ik toch wel een keer beginnen met een reisdagboek te maken. Ik moet wel echt zeggen "wat een ervaring" de werkzaamheden die ik hier uitvoer zijn de normale animatie werk alleen in mijn geval hebben ze hier een bepaalde niveau die iedereen moet behalen. In Paguera (locatie van het hotel) zitten alleen al 52 hotels en vergeleken met andere hotels is onze animatie het beste van alle anderen. Gasten komen niet bij ons voor de kamers, locatie, eten etc. maar voor de animatie. In Paguera heeft Valentinparks 3 hotels en de hotel waarin ik werk zijn voor families. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik dus met volwassenen, tieners en kinderen gewerkt. Ook doen wij shows samen met de gasten dus er was wel veel interactie met de gasten dan in andere hotels. Ik moet wel zeggen dat de eerste 2 weken de zwaarste weken zijn die ik ooit heb gehad. In Nederlands is het normaal dat iedereen word ingelicht over de werkzaamheden, regels en eisen voordat iemand begint met werk. In mijn geval was dat dus totaal niet. Al vanaf de eerste dag moest ik gewoon beginnen met de werkzaamheden. Gelukkig werkte ik wel met iemand samen die me de dingen uitlegde die ik voor die dag moest weten alleen als je nieuw bent in een groot bedrijf en de eisen heel hoog zijn terwijl je ze niet eens weet was het wel heel zwaar voor mijzelf. Maar het grootste probleem voor mij was dat 95% van de gasten Duits zijn en ook alleen Duits spreken terwijl ik dat toen niet kon en ook ben ik naar Mallorca gekomen om Spaans te leren (-_-*). In het begin had ik ook gedacht dat ik nooit mijn stage zou kunnen afmaken. Ik ben wel heel blij dat ik toch wel gebleven ben. Na de eerste 2 weken ging alles veel gemakkelijker want de activiteiten en shows worden herhaald om de 2 weken en ik toen al wist wat er van mij allemaal verwacht werd. Het gaat nu allemaal wat makkelijker want ik ken de shows, ik weet de eisen/regels en ik kan nu ook Duits. nog niet goed maar ik kan wel gesprekken voeren met de gasten. Uiteindelijk ben ik wel blij dat ik ben gebleven en nu ook gewoon mijn stage afmaak en het mooiste is dat mijn baas mij volgend jaar weer in zijn team wil hebben. Ik weet nu in ieder geval wel dat ik goed werk verricht of ik het ga doen weet ik nog niet zeker want in een jaar kan veel gebeuren. Gelukkig is mijn stage in 5/6 weken afegelopen. Kan ik lekker terug naar het koude Nederland :p.

Reisdetails van Mijn eerste reis
Omschrijving:
Ondanks dat ik hier al bijna 2 maanden zit moet ik toch wel een keer beginnen met een reisdagboek te maken. Ik moet wel echt zeggen "wat een ervaring" de werkzaamheden die ik hier uitvoer zijn de normale animatie werk alleen in mijn geval hebben ze hier een bepaalde niveau die iedereen moet behalen. In Paguera (locatie van het hotel) zitten alleen al 52 hotels en vergeleken met andere hotels is onze animatie het beste van alle anderen. Gasten komen niet bij ons voor de kamers, locatie, eten etc. maar voor de animatie. In Paguera heeft Valentinparks 3 hotels en de hotel waarin ik werk zijn voor families. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik dus met volwassenen, tieners en kinderen gewerkt. Ook doen wij shows samen met de gasten dus er was wel veel interactie met de gasten dan in andere hotels. Ik moet wel zeggen dat de eerste 2 weken de zwaarste weken zijn die ik ooit heb gehad. In Nederlands is het normaal dat iedereen word ingelicht over de werkzaamheden, regels en eisen voordat iemand begint met werk. In mijn geval was dat dus totaal niet. Al vanaf de eerste dag moest ik gewoon beginnen met de werkzaamheden. Gelukkig werkte ik wel met iemand samen die me de dingen uitlegde die ik voor die dag moest weten alleen als je nieuw bent in een groot bedrijf en de eisen heel hoog zijn terwijl je ze niet eens weet was het wel heel zwaar voor mijzelf. Maar het grootste probleem voor mij was dat 95% van de gasten Duits zijn en ook alleen Duits spreken terwijl ik dat toen niet kon en ook ben ik naar Mallorca gekomen om Spaans te leren (-_-*). In het begin had ik ook gedacht dat ik nooit mijn stage zou kunnen afmaken. Ik ben wel heel blij dat ik toch wel gebleven ben. Na de eerste 2 weken ging alles veel gemakkelijker want de activiteiten en shows worden herhaald om de 2 weken en ik toen al wist wat er van mij allemaal verwacht werd. Het gaat nu allemaal wat makkelijker want ik ken de shows, ik weet de eisen/regels en ik kan nu ook Duits. nog niet goed maar ik kan wel gesprekken voeren met de gasten. Uiteindelijk ben ik wel blij dat ik ben gebleven en nu ook gewoon mijn stage afmaak en het mooiste is dat mijn baas mij volgend jaar weer in zijn team wil hebben. Ik weet nu in ieder geval wel dat ik goed werk verricht of ik het ga doen weet ik nog niet zeker want in een jaar kan veel gebeuren. Gelukkig is mijn stage in 5/6 weken afegelopen. Kan ik lekker terug naar het koude Nederland :p.

Reisdetails van Mijn eerste reis
Omschrijving:
Ondanks dat ik hier al bijna 2 maanden zit moet ik toch wel een keer beginnen met een reisdagboek te maken. Ik moet wel echt zeggen "wat een ervaring" de werkzaamheden die ik hier uitvoer zijn de normale animatie werk alleen in mijn geval hebben ze hier een bepaalde niveau die iedereen moet behalen. In Paguera (locatie van het hotel) zitten alleen al 52 hotels en vergeleken met andere hotels is onze animatie het beste van alle anderen. Gasten komen niet bij ons voor de kamers, locatie, eten etc. maar voor de animatie. In Paguera heeft Valentinparks 3 hotels en de hotel waarin ik werk zijn voor families. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik dus met volwassenen, tieners en kinderen gewerkt. Ook doen wij shows samen met de gasten dus er was wel veel interactie met de gasten dan in andere hotels. Ik moet wel zeggen dat de eerste 2 weken de zwaarste weken zijn die ik ooit heb gehad. In Nederlands is het normaal dat iedereen word ingelicht over de werkzaamheden, regels en eisen voordat iemand begint met werk. In mijn geval was dat dus totaal niet. Al vanaf de eerste dag moest ik gewoon beginnen met de werkzaamheden. Gelukkig werkte ik wel met iemand samen die me de dingen uitlegde die ik voor die dag moest weten alleen als je nieuw bent in een groot bedrijf en de eisen heel hoog zijn terwijl je ze niet eens weet was het wel heel zwaar voor mijzelf. Maar het grootste probleem voor mij was dat 95% van de gasten Duits zijn en ook alleen Duits spreken terwijl ik dat toen niet kon en ook ben ik naar Mallorca gekomen om Spaans te leren (-_-*). In het begin had ik ook gedacht dat ik nooit mijn stage zou kunnen afmaken. Ik ben wel heel blij dat ik toch wel gebleven ben. Na de eerste 2 weken ging alles veel gemakkelijker want de activiteiten en shows worden herhaald om de 2 weken en ik toen al wist wat er van mij allemaal verwacht werd. Het gaat nu allemaal wat makkelijker want ik ken de shows, ik weet de eisen/regels en ik kan nu ook Duits. nog niet goed maar ik kan wel gesprekken voeren met de gasten. Uiteindelijk ben ik wel blij dat ik ben gebleven en nu ook gewoon mijn stage afmaak en het mooiste is dat mijn baas mij volgend jaar weer in zijn team wil hebben. Ik weet nu in ieder geval wel dat ik goed werk verricht of ik het ga doen weet ik nog niet zeker want in een jaar kan veel gebeuren. Gelukkig is mijn stage in 5/6 weken afegelopen. Kan ik lekker terug naar het koude Nederland :p.

[description] => Ondanks dat ik hier al bijna 2 maanden zit moet ik toch wel een keer beginnen met een reisdagboek te maken. Ik moet wel echt zeggen "wat een ervaring" de werkzaamheden die ik hier uitvoer zijn de normale animatie werk alleen in mijn geval hebben ze hier een bepaalde niveau die iedereen moet behalen. In Paguera (locatie van het hotel) zitten alleen al 52 hotels en vergeleken met andere hotels is onze animatie het beste van alle anderen. Gasten komen niet bij ons voor de kamers, locatie, eten etc. maar voor de animatie. In Paguera heeft Valentinparks 3 hotels en de hotel waarin ik werk zijn voor families. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik dus met volwassenen, tieners en kinderen gewerkt. Ook doen wij shows samen met de gasten dus er was wel veel interactie met de gasten dan in andere hotels. Ik moet wel zeggen dat de eerste 2 weken de zwaarste weken zijn die ik ooit heb gehad. In Nederlands is het normaal dat iedereen word ingelicht over de werkzaamheden, regels en eisen voordat iemand begint met werk. In mijn geval was dat dus totaal niet. Al vanaf de eerste dag moest ik gewoon beginnen met de werkzaamheden. Gelukkig werkte ik wel met iemand samen die me de dingen uitlegde die ik voor die dag moest weten alleen als je nieuw bent in een groot bedrijf en de eisen heel hoog zijn terwijl je ze niet eens weet was het wel heel zwaar voor mijzelf. Maar het grootste probleem voor mij was dat 95% van de gasten Duits zijn en ook alleen Duits spreken terwijl ik dat toen niet kon en ook ben ik naar Mallorca gekomen om Spaans te leren (-_-*). In het begin had ik ook gedacht dat ik nooit mijn stage zou kunnen afmaken. Ik ben wel heel blij dat ik toch wel gebleven ben. Na de eerste 2 weken ging alles veel gemakkelijker want de activiteiten en shows worden herhaald om de 2 weken en ik toen al wist wat er van mij allemaal verwacht werd. Het gaat nu allemaal wat makkelijker want ik ken de shows, ik weet de eisen/regels en ik kan nu ook Duits. nog niet goed maar ik kan wel gesprekken voeren met de gasten. Uiteindelijk ben ik wel blij dat ik ben gebleven en nu ook gewoon mijn stage afmaak en het mooiste is dat mijn baas mij volgend jaar weer in zijn team wil hebben. Ik weet nu in ieder geval wel dat ik goed werk verricht of ik het ga doen weet ik nog niet zeker want in een jaar kan veel gebeuren. Gelukkig is mijn stage in 5/6 weken afegelopen. Kan ik lekker terug naar het koude Nederland :p.
